Our Training Programs
The Institute offers training for agents, broker/owners, and managers. Our intensive, two-day CLHMS training sets the standard for luxury sales training in the industry, and is the first step to becoming a member.
CLHMS Training
Widely recognized as the best "luxury" training available, the CLHMS classes are two full days of fast-paced, information-filled training designed to help successful sales professionals who currently work in the upper tier move to the next level. Those beginning to target the luxury market will also get ideas to help jump-start their business.
Once you complete the CLHMS training, you become a Member of The Institute.
All live classes are approved for sixteen (16) units of CRS credit, and may also be approved for state continuing education (CE) credit.
"Third Day" Events
After two intensive days of CLHMS training, many of our Members have said, "Wow, there is just so much information -- I wish we had more time!" and thus the "Third Day" sessions were born.
In the Third Day sessions we can delve more deeply into what's happening in the luxury markets and a variety of advanced marketing topics. Each session is different. Often, local marketing experts are brought in as panelists or speakers, and subjects can run the gamut --from writing brochure copy that sells, to tapping into the international market -- any facets of the latest trends in luxury are fair game.
Plus, there are always plenty of opportunities to NETWORK!
Third Day sessions are offered a handful of times throughout the year and attendance is limited to existing Members and those new Members enrolled in the associated CLHMS training sessions.
